RIDKK stores Facebook data only as the Page / Instagram access tokens needed to publish posts your team approves, plus the ids and names of the connected Pages. Deauthorizing the app deletes those tokens immediately; it does not delete WhatsApp, email or website-chat conversations.
Data a business keeps in RIDKK about its customers (contacts, conversations, media) belongs to that business. The business deletes it from Contacts in its dashboard (deleting a contact removes the person's conversations and media). If you are a customer of such a business, message it "delete my data" on the same channel, or email privacy@ridkk.com with your phone number and the business name and we will follow up within 30 days.
